Phase 2 runs in Dublin from 12-14th November 2027, Friday to Sunday. This is the final weekend of the current Dublin NCSC pathway, covering advanced programming, periodisation and the Snatch. Phase 1 or an equivalent qualification is required.
Phase 2 S&C Course, Dublin – Complete Your NCSC
Phase 2 runs in Dublin from 12-14th November 2027, Friday to Sunday. Across three days you will cover maximal strength and power development, plyometrics, anaerobic and aerobic energy system development, conjugate periodisation and the Snatch coaching model. The course finishes with an athlete case study that pulls both phases together.

Fees start at €595, with places held by deposit. Completing this course alongside Phase 1 awards the full National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning, along with eligibility for professional indemnity insurance. This is the last Dublin date of 2027 – the next Dublin NCSC Phase 1 intake begins January 2028.
