Phase 2 runs in Dublin on 23–25 April 2027, Friday to Sunday. This date completes the NCSC intake that began with Phase 1 on 29–31 January 2027. You will cover maximal strength and power, plyometrics, energy system development, periodisation, and the Snatch. Phase 1 or an equivalent qualification is required.
