Phase 2 S&C Course, Dublin 2027 – Complete Your NCSC
Phase 2 runs in Dublin on April 23-25th 2027, Friday to Sunday. This date completes the NCSC intake that began with Phase 1 on 29–31 January 2027.
Phase 2 will cover strength and power development, complex vs contrast training, advanced plyometrics, coaching the Snatch, energy system development (ESD), advanced program design and periodisation.
Phase 1 or an equivalent qualification is required to register.
