→ COURSE ATTENDANCE
Point 1: All courses involve attendance at various times and on various dates for varying duration depending on the course option chosen. It is the participant’s responsibility to attend every day on the course. If a participant misses any day on the course, it may be possible to attend the same day on a different course date and, possibly, at a different venue. This may incur an additional daily rate fee and is up to the discretion of Elite Performance Institute (EPI). Where advance notification is given prior to a course starting date, it may be possible, subject to availability, for a participant to attend on a different date and at a different venue without incurring any additional charge. This is not possible without approval prior to the course start from EPI.
Point 2: Where an individual’s ability to attend has been influenced by a medical reason, an opportunity to repeat may be offered and the fee payable waived. Medical reasons for non-attendance must be confirmed by means of a medical certificate and any social reason for missing a weekend e. g. wedding, holiday etc. will not be considered valid justification for waiving the repeat fee unless notification was given at the time of enrolment.
→ REFUND POLICY
Point 1: Elite Performance Institute (EPI) do not provide refunds for participants once they have registered for an education course (onsite or online). If EPI are required to change the course date for whatever reason refunds are not applicable. In the case of a change of course date, participants are provided “course credits” and can move their registration across to an education course at a later date even in a different location. Course credits are applicable for a 12 month period, it is the responsibility of the course participant to choose their alternative course within the 12 month period. Failure to do so will result in the course participant loosing their course credits.
Point 2: If a participant has registered for an onsite education course and is unable to attend for whatever reason, EPI do not provide a refund. If a participant has registered for an onsite education course and is unable to attend, their registration can be transferred to another course at a later date. However, this can only be due to medical reasons. Medical reasons for non-attendance must be confirmed by means of a medical certificate and any other reason for missing an education course e. g. wedding, holiday, work, etc. will not be considered valid. Participants are required to email EPI directly with a medical practitioner letter attached outlining reason(s) for their inability to attend the specified course. EPI require more than 7 days notice about the medical reason to allow that participant to move their registration to a new start date. Failure to provide more than 7 days notice will result in that participant being unable to change their course start date.
Point 3: If a participant is unable to begin an online education course once they have registered, they can commence the course at a later date. They are not required to commence the course immediately after registering. Once a participant has registered for an online course, the course is non-refundable.
Point 4: If a participant gets injured or sick whilst attending the course, refunds are not applicable. Their registration can be transferred to another course at a later date even in a different location. Participants are required to email EPI directly with confirmation of the new course date and location.
