S&C Coach & Course Tutor
Rob Mulcahy is an EPI domestic tutor delivering on our courses throughout Ireland. Rob first became introduced to Strength & Conditioning while representing Ireland in competitive underage swimming in Limerick, Ireland.
He went on to attended the University of Limerick (UL) and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Education. Shortly after leaving UL, Rob moved to London and began teaching while also working with athletes from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Paralympic rowing and Basketball.
Rob returned to Ireland in 2015 to complete EPI’s NCSC Course. During this period, he also completed EPI’s Strength & Conditioning Internship Program (SCIP) in Belfast with lead tutor Mike McGurn. Throughout the SCIP, he gained experience working with Commonwealth and Olympic level athletes in Queens University Belfast (QUB).
Currently Rob is completing his MSc in Strength and Conditioning through St Mary’s University, London. In addition, he is Head of Strength & Conditioning Clare GAA football team after spending 2016 with the Limerick GAA hurling academy.
