Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course: Complete your understanding of the EPI training system for athletic performance

The Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course progresses participants knowledge and coaching skills developed on the Phase 1 Course. Phase 2 is the second part of the National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) Course and the final phase to becoming a certified Strength & Conditioning coach.

Coaches will receive advanced practical sessions focused on Movement Compensation Screening (MCS), pre-habilitation, max velocity speed, evasion agility, Olympic lifting, energy systems development (ESD), and power development. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of coaching cues, advanced session design and periodisation strategies.
