Learn Advanced Coaching Techniques to Enhance Athletic Development

The Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course progresses participants knowledge and coaching skills developed on the Phase 1 Course. Phase 2 is the second part of the National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) Course and the final phase to becoming a certified Strength & Conditioning coach. Coaches will receive advanced practical sessions focused on Movement Compensation Screening (MCS), linear speed, Olympic lifting, energy systems development (ESD), and regeneration.
