Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course: Builds on your understanding of the EPI training system, focussing on advanced coaching techniques, drills, programs and plans for elite performance

The Phase 2 Strength & Conditioning Course progresses participants knowledge and coaching skills developed on the Phase 1 Course. Phase 2 is the second part of the National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) Course and the final phase to becoming a certified Strength & Conditioning coach. Coaches will receive advanced practical sessions focused on Movement Compensation Screening (MCS), linear speed, Olympic lifting, energy systems development (ESD), and regeneration. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of coaching cues, advanced session design and periodisation strategies.
