Phase 1 Strength & Conditioning Course: Learn the EPI training system and fundamentals of athletic performance

The Phase 1 Strength & Conditioning Course is specifically aimed at fitness professionals, sports coaches and healthcare practitioners. Phase 1 is the first part of the National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) Course and is ideal for those who want to coach athletes from junior through to senior level.

Phase 1 introduces participants to Strength & Conditioning systems of training and methodologies that have been used to coach athletes from at World Cups and Olympic Games. Participants will receive advanced practical sessions focused on fitness testing, Movement Compensation Screening (MCS), acceleration speed, multi-directional speed, Olympic lifting, energy systems development (ESD), and power development.
