Learn the EPI Training System, Technical & Coaching Models for Coaching Performance

The Phase 1 Strength & Conditioning Course is specifically aimed at fitness professionals, sport scientists and healthcare practitioners. Phase 1 is the first part of the National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) Course and is ideal for those who want to coach athletes from junior through to senior level. Participants are introduced to EPI’s systems of training and methodolgies that have been used to coach athletes at World Cups and Olympic Games. You’ll learn everything from screening, performance testing and profiling, linear speed, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, program design and much more.

Course Duration: 4 Days or 3 Days (Fast Track)

The Phase 1 Course is delivered over four days, however, we also deliver a three day (fast track) option.
