The Phase 2 Course expands on the EPI training system established on the Phase 1 Course. Whether training elite athletes, junior athletes or amateur athletes, learning the unique EPI methodology will help you raise your level to become an elite Strength & Conditioning coach.  On the Phase 2 Course, coaches will receive practical sessions focused on movement skills, linear speed, Olympic lifting, strength and power, energy systems development (ESD), and regeneration. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of coaching cues, the art of coaching and session design.

  1. Sports medicine fundamentals
  2. Movement Compensation Screen (MCS 2 & 3)
  3. Advanced corrective exercises
  4. Olympic lifting – snatch & derivative exercises
  5. Movement preparation for upper & lower extremity
  6. Max velocity sprinting
  7. Agility for games based players
  8. Plyometrics II
  9. Energy system development (ESD) II
  10. Advanced programming & periodisation strategies
