EPI Course Overview:

Applicants can choose to register for the full NCSC Course or begin their journey to becoming a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Phase 1 S&C Course. The Phase 2 S&C Course is reserved for applicants who have completed the Phase 1 S&C Course only. For a more detailed description of each course, please click on one of the course options listed.

NCSC Course: The National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) course is the full professional certification course. It is comprised of the Phase 1&2 courses along with the certification exam. Following completion of the NCSC Course, coaches have become an internationally accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Phase 1 S&C Course: The Phase 1 S&C Course is the first part of the NCSC certification. After completing the Phase 1 S&C course, coaches receive their Phase 1 S&C Certification and have completed the first step in becoming an internationally accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Phase 2 S&C Course: The Phase 2 S&C Course is the final part of the NCSC certification. After completing the Phase 2 S&C course, coaches receive their Phase 2 S&C Certification and have completed the final education phase in becoming an internationally accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Certification Exam: In order to become an internationally recognised Strength & Conditioning Coach, Phase 2 certified coaches are required to undertake their certification exam assessment. If successful, coaches will attain the National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) qualification.
